Typically 5–7 business days per video from brief to delivery. Retainer clients get priority scheduling, so your work never sits in a queue. Two revision rounds are included with every video.
Your brand guidelines (logo, colours, fonts) and a brief idea of what you want each video to achieve. We handle everything else — scripting, visual production, music, sound design, and multi-format export. Your monthly strategy call is where we plan together.
Every video includes 2 revision rounds. If you’re not happy after revisions, we’ll produce a replacement at no extra cost. We’d rather spend the time than deliver something you don’t love.
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 14 days notice. Quarterly plans run for the committed 3-month period, then you can cancel or continue. No lock-in contracts beyond what you choose.
